First week in the intern, I feel to learn about Flash program

Adobe Flash program can make some flash file that is composed of lots of features like picture, video. the boss of our company request me to do some project by using this program. even though I don't know entirely about this program, I wish to finish this course of studying Flash as soon as possible. I have to have acknowledge of Photoshop as well. before doing Flash program, I need to modify some picture that are supposed to be used in flash. I can guess it will be take one week.
